The Lewis family took a day trip to a local apple farm. The slide was a great hit. Amazingly the bus loads of other children (literally) were otherwise occupied allowing the Lewis' to have the slide to themselves! It didn't take them too long to see how much fun the Lewis' were having but luckily they'd had enough and were ready to move on the other playground toys.

Due to the muddy fields, pumpkin picking was deferred to a later date. Both kids pet the donkey or mule (no one could tell them which).
And lastly the water tower with running water was a hit for the entire family!
